Muller Park Reserve Fenced Dog Park sits on David Low Way at Bli Bli, right alongside the Maroochy River on the Sunshine Coast. The fully fenced enclosure is the headline: off-leash play that runs around the clock, no timed windows to plan around.

The dog setup

Inside the fence, dogs are off-leash 24 hours a day under effective voice control, with water stations for dogs, waste bag dispensers, and seating for owners. The enclosure is shaded and grassy, and the river beside it makes a scenic backdrop if conditions and the rules on the day suit a paddle.

The wider park grounds outside the fence are a different story: off-leash only from 4pm to 8am. Leash up if you wander past the fence line during the day. Sunshine Coast Council refreshed its dog exercise signage in mid 2026, so read the on-site signs rather than relying on memory.

The vibe

It backs onto a skatepark, basketball court and public toilets, so it works when part of the family wants something else to do. Weekdays, especially Fridays, run quieter, while early mornings and weekend afternoons draw the regulars. It suits confident dogs that enjoy off-leash company, and the picnic tables make it easy to linger while yours burns off energy.

Max: the fence is genuinely secure, but watch the gate when other dogs are arriving or leaving. That is where most scuffles start in any fenced park.

Getting there

The park sits directly off David Low Way near the Sunshine Coast Rowing Club, with on-site parking including accessible spaces, and Bli Bli's village shops are a couple of minutes away. Translink buses serve Bli Bli township within walking distance if you are car-free.

Close by with the dogs
