Noyer Park Fenced Dog Park

Noyer Park's fenced dog park sits inside the Brookhaven Estate on Beaudesert Beenleigh Road in Bahrs Scrub, a purpose-built enclosure with agility gear in a suburb that is otherwise walking trails and open reserves. It is the containment option for local owners: a proper fence, water and shade, plus the wider park outside the gate if you want to make a morning of it.

The fenced setup

Inside the enclosure there is agility equipment for dogs that like a challenge, shaded seating for owners, waste bins and water taps. The taps can run low in hot weather, so bring a bottle as backup. A couple of visitors have mentioned small gaps along parts of the fence line, so do a quick lap of the boundary before unclipping a boisterous dog. Supervision is expected at all times, as with any Logan off-leash enclosure, and there is no formal time-window restriction, though early mornings and late afternoons are the comfortable ones in Queensland heat.

Beyond the fence

The broader Noyer Park grounds add walking trails, a bike track and a standard playground, so the visit works as a longer outing rather than a quick lap. Keep your dog leashed outside the enclosure, especially around the playground, and note the trails beyond the park suit an on-lead sniff about if the dog park side is crowded.

Getting there and parking

The park is at 196 Beaudesert Beenleigh Road, Bahrs Scrub, about ten minutes south of Beenleigh. There is on-site parking including wheelchair-accessible spaces. No train station is within walking distance, so it is a drive-in destination. From the M1 at Beenleigh, head south along Beaudesert Beenleigh Road and watch for the Brookhaven Estate entrance.

Close by with the dogs

If you want to compare enclosures, Belyando Park Fenced Dog Park in Holmview is a short drive north with separate small and large dog areas, and Buxton Park Fenced Dog Park at Yarrabilba has double-gate entry to the south. For an on-lead bush walk, the Daisy Hill Trails are about ten minutes away in the conservation park.

Max: agility ramps, a shaded bench for my human, and a fence I have tested in two places. It held.
