Flip Espresso

Flip Espresso sits right at the entrance to Scarvaci's IGA on Rockingham Road, and it is one of the easiest dog-friendly coffee stops in Hamilton Hill. Staff welcome dogs both inside and outside, with water bowls dotted around and a treat jar on the counter.

Dog access. Dogs are allowed at outdoor tables and, according to regular visitors, indoors too when things aren't too busy. Keep your dog close and supervised if you head in, since it's a working cafe attached to a supermarket entrance with steady foot traffic.

Known for. Five Senses Coffee Roasters beans, a genuine old-school welcome from staff, and the convenience of grabbing groceries next door while your coffee order is on.

Getting there and parking. Flip Espresso is in the Rockingham Road shopping complex, with free shared parking in the IGA car park right outside.

When to go. Mornings are the pick, when the coffee is freshest and the car park isn't yet full from the IGA shop. Good for a quick, easy stop rather than a long linger.
