Camelot Park Fenced Dog Park

Camelot Park Fenced Dog Park, at 18 Camelot Street in Underwood, is one of Logan's better-secured off-leash options: separate large and small dog enclosures with solid fencing, ringed by a sealed walking track. The split enclosures are the drawcard if you have a small or nervous dog who does not want to share space with the big runners.

The dog setup

Off-leash applies only inside the fenced enclosures. Leash up from the car park, on the walking track and everywhere else in the park, and choose the yard that matches your dog before you go through the gates. Enter through the double gates one dog at a time, keep your dog in sight and under control, and pick up waste as you go. Standard Logan City Council off-leash conditions apply, including current dog registration.

What is on site

The large-dog enclosure has agility equipment, and both sides are mostly open grass with some tree cover. The sealed walking track that rings the enclosures doubles as the on-leash warm-up and cool-down loop. Water taps and basic seating are on site, but shade is limited on hot afternoons and there is little lighting after dark, so treat this as a daylight park. Reviews rate the fencing highly, while cleanliness and maintenance draw mixed reports, so bring your own bags rather than counting on the dispensers.

Getting there and parking

Camelot Street is a short run off Kingston Road, with free parking right beside the park. Logan buses service the surrounding streets, and the Logan Motorway puts both the Pacific Motorway and the Mount Lindsay corridor within a few minutes, which makes the park a practical meeting point for owners coming from different directions.

More off-leash nearby

Underwood Park, Springvale Park and Turnock Park give the suburb plenty of cover when one yard is crowded, and Coffee in the Woods suits the post-park coffee. Ewing Park in Woodridge is one suburb west.
