What visitors mention
Underwood Park Fenced Dog Park sits inside Underwood Park, the big Logan City recreation precinct at 980 Underwood Road on the Priestdale boundary. The pairing is the point: fenced large and small dog enclosures for the off-leash run, then a huge surrounding park of paths, boardwalks and a lagoon for the on-leash wind-down.
The rules. Keep the leash on until you are inside the double-gated entry, and clip it back on before you leave the enclosure. Dogs must be under effective control at all times, waste picked up (dispensers and bins are provided), and standard Logan City Council off-leash conditions apply, including registration. The rest of Underwood Park is on-leash.
What's there. Two enclosures split by dog size, basic agility equipment, water taps, benches and a mix of open grass and tree-lined shade. The wider precinct adds public toilets, barbecues, playgrounds and sports fields, which makes this the easiest Underwood option for a family outing where only one person is on dog duty.
Getting there. Off-street parking is plentiful next to the sports fields off Underwood Road. Buses service Underwood Road, but stops can be a 10 to 15 minute walk from the dog park, so most people drive.

Nearby with the dogs. Coffee in the Woods on Kingston Road has a covered dog-friendly courtyard for afterwards, and Camelot Park Fenced Dog Park is the backup if the enclosures here are full.
Weekdays peak before 8:30am and again from about 4:30pm; weekend mid-mornings are the social sessions and can overwhelm timid dogs. A weekday mid-morning visit is the calm window. Good for households who want the dog run and the family park in one stop.
