Manor lakes dog park

Manor Lakes Dog Park is a fenced off leash park on Manor Lakes Boulevard that only opened in late 2024, built with proper agility gear rather than just an open paddock. It sits inside a newer estate precinct alongside a big playground, which shapes both its appeal and its busier spells.

The dog setup

Dogs must be registered with council and wearing tags, staying leashed on the way in and out through the double gates. Once inside they can run off lead, but they still need to be under effective voice control and recallable, and restrained around others if needed. All waste goes in the bins, with bag dispensers on site.

The agility kit covers a tunnel, an adjustable jumping hurdle and an A-frame, with benches and shaded seating for owners. There is a drinking fountain, but it is reported as unreliable, so carry your own water supply.

Worth knowing

Weekends get busy thanks to the adjacent playground and its play towers, and Tuesday and Thursday afternoons are singled out as lively. Monday mornings and evenings, or weekday mid afternoons, are the quiet windows for a focused training session. Flies can be an issue in the warmer months, so time your visits accordingly.

Getting there and parking

The park sits on Manor Lakes Boulevard itself, with street parking plus a dedicated car park nearby, so access is easy even when the playground next door is pumping. Wyndham Vale station is a short drive away for V/Line users, and surrounding residential paths and the Lollipop Creek walking tracks connect in on foot.

Close by with the dogs

Good Manors sits right next door on the boulevard, with an outdoor deck that suits a post walk coffee. For another fenced run, Presidents Park Fenced Dog Park at Wyndham Vale is the closest alternative, and Cosmopolitan Drive Dog Park covers the growing estate to the north.
