Corroboree Street Fenced Dog Park is a fully fenced off-leash park in the Clydevale estate, Clyde North. The draw is a secure double-gated run with mixed surfaces (grass, sand, bark and gravel), set right beside a playground and a flat walking track, so you can string together a longer outing.

The rules. Dogs are off-leash inside the fenced enclosure only and must stay under effective voice control. Use the double gates one at a time so nothing slips out, and pick up after your dog using the bins provided.

What's there. Shaded benches, water points and some agility equipment sit inside the fence, with picnic tables and a barbecue in the adjacent reserve. There are no public toilets directly on site. The park and parking are wheelchair accessible.

Getting there. The park is on Corroboree Street, reached via Berwick-Cranbourne Road onto Clydevale Avenue. Street parking runs directly alongside. Public transport is limited, so most visitors arrive by car.

When to go. Weekdays and Sunday mornings are quiet; Saturday afternoon into evening is the busiest stretch. The run is generous, so there is room even when it fills, but timid or smaller dogs will have an easier time early in the day.

Two gates means two chances to bolt. Latch the first behind you before you open the second, every time.
