Corroboree Street Fenced Dog Park

Corroboree Street Fenced Dog Park is a generous fully fenced off-leash park in the Clydevale estate at Clyde North. Its selling points are simple: a secure double-gated run with real variety underfoot, grass, sand, bark and gravel, plus agility equipment and water points inside the fence, and a playground, BBQs and a flat walking track right beside it for the rest of the day.

The dog setup

Off-leash applies inside the enclosure only, with dogs under effective voice control. Take the double gates one at a time: latch the first behind you before opening the second. Inside you get shaded benches, more than one water station and basic agility structures, so this is one of the better Clyde North runs for dogs that want something to do rather than just fetch. The run is large enough that it rarely feels crowded even at peak times.

Worth knowing

There are no public toilets directly at the dog park, so plan around that for longer visits. The adjacent reserve adds picnic tables, a barbecue and a playground, and the paths link into the walking circuit around Clyde Creek and the Ramlegh Springs wetlands if you want to turn a play session into a proper walk. The park and parking are wheelchair accessible.

Getting there and parking

The park is on Corroboree Street, reached from Berwick-Cranbourne Road via Clydevale Avenue, with street parking running directly alongside. Public transport is limited in this part of Clyde North, so most visitors drive.

When to go

Weekdays and Sunday mornings are the quiet stretches, and that is the best window for timid or smaller dogs. Saturday afternoon into evening is busiest, though the size of the run absorbs the crowd better than the smaller neighbourhood parks.
