Village Pantry is a relaxed breakfast and lunch cafe at 9/252 Pacific Highway, inside the Homebase complex in Coffs Harbour. Dogs are welcome on the covered outdoor terrace, and with a huge car park out front it is one of the easier dog stops away from the busy Jetty strip.

The dog setup. Dogs join you on the sheltered outdoor terrace or courtyard, not in the indoor dining area. The covered seating has plenty of room to settle a dog beside you. Staff are accommodating, but bring your own water bowl to be sure.

Good to know. The kitchen does freshly prepared breakfasts, good coffee and generous portions, with a quieter feel than the city-centre cafes.

Getting there. Extensive free off-street parking surrounds the Homebase complex, making access very easy.

Nearby with the dogs. Boambee Beach is a short drive for off-leash exercise (check the leash zones), and the Coffs Creek Walk and Cycleway is nearby for an on-leash stroll.
