Lili's Cafe

Lili's Cafe sits on Queens Parade in Brighton, a Brisbane bayside suburb a short walk from the Bramble Bay foreshore, and it is about as warm a small-cafe welcome as a dog owner will find. Hours run 5:30am to 12pm Tuesday to Sunday, with Mondays closed, so it is a breakfast-and-morning-coffee operation: arrive before midday or you will be reading the specials board through the door.

The cafe sits in a quiet residential-commercial pocket of Queens Parade close to the coast, with free street parking usually available along Queens Parade and the surrounding streets. It is an easy add-on to any bayside outing: the Brighton foreshore parklands are a short walk away and the paved Bramble Bay path runs on towards Sandgate for a longer outing with the dog.

Make a day of it

Decker Park's fenced off-leash area is close by for a proper run, and the Brighton Beach dog off-leash area adds sand and water to the morning.
