Telegraph Road Park

Telegraph Road Park, entered from 67 Caulfield Street in Bracken Ridge, is a suburban green space with a mapped walking loop. It is an on-lead park under Brisbane City Council rules, so think of it as a tidy daily walk rather than a run.

The loop

Paved paths mix with mown grass tracks across open lawns, sports fields and lines of native trees. Shared paths link out toward Bill Brown Sports Reserve if you want to stretch the walk.

Shade is patchy on the newer, exposed path sections. Water points sit near the bigger reserve facilities rather than along every path, so carry a bowl.

Lead rules

Dogs stay on lead in the park and on the shared paths. For off-lead time, use a fenced dog park nearby.

Best early or late in summer, when the open sections are cooler. Expect sports traffic on the fields.
