Serenity Caravan Park is a small, pet friendly caravan and camping park at 39 Moreton Street in Toogoom, a quiet seaside village about 15 minutes north of Hervey Bay. The beach sits a two minute walk from the gate, with cafes and the boat ramp five minutes further.

Creek access at the back of the park gives dogs somewhere to wade, and crabbing is a local pastime on the water. Free hot showers and kayak hire cover the human side of the setup.

The vibe

Toogoom is a low key Fraser Coast village with wide tidal flats, and the park leans into the quiet: no smoking, late arrivals by arrangement, and a short beach walk each morning with the dog. Dolphins and turtles are regular visitors along the shoreline.

The park sits on Moreton Street in Toogoom, reached off the Burrum Heads Road turnoff from the Bruce Highway side. Hervey Bay is the nearest major town for supplies.
