Dôme Café - Manning

Dôme Café Manning occupies 144 Manning Road in Karawara, fitted into the old Manning Library building with its heritage wallpaper still on the walls. It is a WA institution doing the full all-day menu, open from 6am to 9pm every day of the week, and the outdoor seating takes dogs. For Karawara and Manning dog owners it doubles as a long-breakfast room and a post-walk coffee stop, because it sits directly across from George Burnett Park and close to the Canning River foreshore paths.

The address is 144 Manning Road, Karawara, on the main strip through the suburb with parking along Manning Road and in the surrounding streets. The footpath from the car to the outdoor tables is short, which matters when the dog is already itching to sit down.

George Burnett Park sits right across Manning Road for a riverside leg-stretch before you claim a table. Further afield, the Como Olives Reserve fenced dog park gives the dog an off-lead run, and the Canning River nature walk at Wilson is the flat foreshore option. The Woodlands District Park fenced dog park at Waterford is the closest fenced reserve on the north side.
