Parcha Restaurant

Parcha is a Turkish and Middle Eastern cafe-restaurant at 36 Wells Street, doing brunch through to dinner. The footpath seating along Wells Street is where dogs come in, making it an easy stop on the way to or from the beach.

The dog setup. Dogs are welcome at the outdoor footpath tables out front. Inside is people-only, in line with Victorian food-safety rules. Bring your own collapsible water bowl, as street-side dining here doesn't reliably provide one.

Getting there. It's at 36 Wells St, centrally located near Wells Street Plaza. Street parking runs along Wells St, with council car parks nearby near the library and Bayside Shopping Centre. It's a short walk from Frankston Station and the beach.

Frankston Beach is only a few minutes' walk for a post-meal stroll. Dinner service runs Thursday to Sunday, so check hours if you're coming for an evening meal.
