The Rainbow Hotel

The Rainbow Hotel is a traditional Fitzroy pub just off Brunswick Street, and the drawcard for dog owners is its spacious, undercover beer garden, one of the better ones in the area for a relaxed pint with a dog underfoot.

Nearby with the dogs. Edinburgh Gardens is a short walk away for open space, and Atherton and Smith Reserves are close by for off-leash time. Brunswick Street has plenty of dog-friendly cafes and shops for a longer outing.

Go for a covered courtyard drink any time of year. Weekends get busy, so an early arrival secures a table.
