Circuit Park Fenced Agility Dog Park

Circuit Park Fenced Agility Dog Park is a compact, fully fenced off leash park on Terania Ave in a residential pocket of Ormeau Hills. The fenced enclosure has a short agility course, and a children's playground sits next door, which makes it a handy split visit for families.

The dog setup

The enclosure is the off leash zone and nothing more. Dogs run free inside the fence but must stay leashed in the surrounding parkland, including the walk from the car. Entry is double gated, and there is a water station for dogs plus shaded seating for owners. The surface is mostly grass with a short agility obstacle course to give the session some structure.

Even inside the fence, keep your dog under effective voice control and stay on top of gate etiquette when others arrive or leave. Waste bag dispensers are around but not always stocked, so carry your own as backup.

Max: double gated does not mean supervision free. Watch the gate whenever another dog is coming or going.

The vibe

This is a local neighbourhood park rather than a destination, and that is its appeal. The scooter track and playground alongside mean kids and dogs can burn energy at the same time. The park is open around the clock.

Shade is limited inside the enclosure, so early mornings or evenings are kinder in hot weather. After rain the grass turns to mud, so a towel in the car earns its place.

Getting there and parking

Set your GPS for Terania Ave, Ormeau Hills. Parking is free on the surrounding residential streets. Ormeau train station is the closest rail option, but this is really a driving destination given the estate location.

Close by with the dogs

Andonis Cafe & Bar on Dalma Street is the obvious add on, with a dedicated doggy menu and outdoor seating. If you want to chain a few sessions together, Maidenwell Park Fenced Dog Park and Vennor Reserve Fenced Dog Park are both nearby in Ormeau.
