Everleigh Dog Park

Everleigh Dog Park sits inside the Everleigh estate off Ivory Parkway in Greenbank, right by the Everleigh Sports Park AFL oval. It is a fenced, purpose-built off-leash park with separate zones for big and small dogs, agility gear including tunnels, and lighting that makes evening visits workable. It is open 24 hours.

The dog setup

Off-leash applies only inside the fenced zones, not across the wider estate. Stay with your dog and supervise at all times, keep them responsive to voice commands and in the correct size zone, and remove any dog showing aggression. Pick up waste straight away using the bins provided, close gates behind you, and leave dogs in season out of the enclosures. A water station, shaded picnic shelters for owners and decent lighting round out the facilities, so it holds up well as an after-work or after-dark park.

Pepsi: if your dog gets overwhelmed by bigger dogs, the small dog side is worth using even for a medium-sized dog. It is calmer and there is more room to breathe.

Getting there and parking

Drive in via Teviot Road onto Ivory Parkway and park at the Everleigh Sports Park AFL oval carpark, which has plenty of space. Public transport is limited this far south-west of Logan, so a car is the practical option for nearly every visit.

Close by with the dogs

The Eve Cafe and Bar at the Everleigh Sports Park clubhouse is right next door, welcomes dogs in its outdoor seating and runs treats and pup cups, which makes the cafe-to-park circuit an easy habit. For more fenced runs in the area, Little Paws Dog Park and Big Paws Dog Park are the other Greenbank yards, and the Spring Mountain recreational trail adds a leashed bushwalk option. Weekday mornings before 8am and afternoons after 3pm, plus weekend mornings, are the busy slots; mid-morning on weekdays is the quiet window.
