LM Graham Reserve Fenced Dog Park is a fully fenced, double-gated off-leash area in Fairlight, open 24 hours a day and sitting right behind the Manly Andrew "Boy" Charlton Aquatic Centre. The deciding factor is simple: secure perimeter fencing on a level grass patch with shade trees, plus a bush track from the back gate that drops you down to Fairlight Beach.
The rules. Dogs can run off-leash at any hour, day or night, but must be under effective control and supervised at all times. The double-gated entry is the critical safety point: keep both gates closed behind you to prevent escapes. Clean up after your dog immediately and use the bins provided.
What's there. A level, grassy fenced area with shade trees, water stations for dogs, and a small splash pool. There is bench seating, grandstand-style seating, accessible entry, and public restrooms nearby.
Getting there. Drive in via Kenneth Road and turn onto Odawara Close. Free parking is available in the LM Graham Reserve parking lot. Several bus stops along Kenneth Road connect from Manly and surrounding suburbs. On foot, you can reach the park from local Fairlight streets, or via the bush track linking the back gate to Fairlight Beach.

Watch-outs. On weekend sport competition days, the area around the Kenneth Road canteen may be fenced off, which can reduce usable space or alter access. The park itself is inland, so tide times only matter if you are extending your visit to the beach via the bush track.
Nearby with the dogs. For an after-walk coffee or meal, Manly is a short trip away. Ripples Little Manly and The Roast Office Cafe both offer dog-friendly options, while Felons Brewing Co. is a solid pick for a relaxed drink with your dog by your side.
When to go. Weekday mornings and Sunday evenings are the quiet windows, ideal for a calmer session or for dogs that prefer space. Weekday evenings, particularly Tuesday and Wednesday, and Saturday mornings are the busiest periods and often reach capacity, so arrive early or expect a crowd.
