Worth knowing

The hotel itself is polished coastal five star: rooftop pool, on site dining, comfortable beds, the works. The location does most of the selling. The beachfront promenade runs straight past the front door for on leash walks, the coastal path to Shelly Beach through Cabbage Tree Bay is minutes away, and Ivanhoe Park adds shaded green space nearby. Note the main surf beach itself is off limits to dogs, so follow council signage for where off leash time is actually permitted.
