Mandurah Fenced Dog Park

Mandurah Fenced Dog Park is a fully enclosed, 24-hour off-leash park on Waterside Drive in Dudley Park, with separate double-gated areas for large and small dogs. It costs nothing to use and is one of the most reliable fenced options around Mandurah for a proper off-leash run.

The dog setup

Dogs stay on-leash until you are through the double gates into the fenced area, and only well-socialised dogs should be off-leash inside. Keep your dog in sight and under control, and take them out if they show aggression towards other dogs. Shade trees and grass cover most of the park, with a water station for dogs and seating for owners. Entry and parking are wheelchair accessible. Pick-up bags are usually supplied, but bring your own as backup, and note the bins sit outside the enclosure rather than inside it. Spare toys sometimes get left behind by regulars, but pack your own rather than counting on it.

Max: the low-lying ground pools water after heavy rain. If the Peel region has had a wet stretch, check the ground before you commit to a full run.

Worth knowing

Crowds follow a pattern here: Sunday afternoons and Monday and Wednesday evenings are the busiest windows, while Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday nights are noticeably quieter if your dog prefers fewer playmates. The park suits social dogs most of the week and quieter dogs at the edges of the day.

Getting there and parking

The park is at 1 Waterside Drive, Dudley Park, close to the Mandurah town centre and easily reached off Mandurah Road or Pinjarra Road via Leslie Street. Free street parking and dedicated bays sit on site. By public transport, the closest option is a bus along Mandurah Terrace, or a train to Mandurah Station followed by a short taxi or rideshare.

After the park, HUDDLE: the brew on Dolphin Drive has a covered, pet-friendly patio, and Halls Head Dog Beach adds a water session to the day. If you are staying over, Mandurah Caravan and Tourist Park is a pet-friendly base close by.
