McCarrs Creek Reserve

McCarrs Creek Reserve sits on the water at Church Point, looking over Pittwater's moorings. On weekdays it has a signed off-leash area, which makes it a favourite for local dogs.

Leads and the off-lead area

Northern Beaches Council lets dogs off lead in the designated area west of the main access road, 24 hours a day, Monday to Friday. Public holidays are excluded.

On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, dogs must be on lead there too.

The reserve

Grass, concrete paths and packed dirt tracks run through the reserve and picnic areas. Trees shade the waterfront, with bushland behind.

Pepsi: Come on a weekday. That is when the off-lead area is open, day and night.
