Beach House Sydney is a self-contained holiday apartment complex at 105 Griffin Road, North Curl Curl, and the single defining reason it works for dog owners is location: it sits directly opposite Flora and Ritchie Roberts Reserve, a 24-hour off-leash park with open grass and lagoon access. You step out the front door and you are at the park.

Dogs at the Beach House

Management is known to accept dogs, but no published fee, weight limit or restricted room type is available. You must confirm pet fees and any specific rules directly with management at the time of booking, and do not assume the standard rate covers your dog.

The place

The apartments are contemporary and self-contained, with fully equipped kitchens, washing machines and balconies. The balcony gives you a spot to sit while your dog settles after a run at the reserve, and street parking is available on Griffin Road and near the reserve car park.

Close by with the dogs

North Curl Curl Beach is close, but dogs are strictly prohibited on the sand, so plan daily exercise around the reserve rather than the coastline. Dee Why Dog Park is a fenced alternative a short drive north, and for a post-walk coffee Curly's on the Corner is a local cafe worth knowing about. It suits guests who prioritise direct off-leash access over beachfront lounging.
