Jordan Reserve Dog Off Leash Area

Jordan Reserve is a neighbourhood off-leash reserve on Burton Street in Chadstone, an open grassy space next to a playground and sports facilities that locals use for everyday walks and socialising. It is unfenced open-reserve off-leash rather than an enclosed dog park, so it favours dogs with a reliable recall.

Leash status

The open oval and grass areas run off-leash under City of Monash rules, with dogs under effective voice or hand control and within sight at all times. Carry a short lead so you can clip back on near the car park and on paths close to the playground, and dogs are never allowed inside the fenced playground or on sporting surfaces during organised matches. Weekday evenings and weekend mornings draw the most park users. Midweek mornings and early afternoons are quieter and better suited to a nervous dog.
