Street parking on King Street itself is limited, so use the council car parks off Forest Road or near Rockdale Plaza as backup. It opens from 7am daily, which suits an early walk-and-breakfast run.

For an off-lead run before breakfast, Cahill Park Fenced Dog Park in Wolli Creek is a short drive north. If you would rather walk, the Brighton-Le-Sands Walking Path follows the foreshore a few minutes away, with on-lead sections to check signage on.
