Flinders Lane Cafe

Flinders Lane Cafe is an all-day breakfast spot at Unit 2/31 Flinders Lane, Maroochydore, tucked into a quieter pocket away from the main dining strips. It is one of the most committed dog-friendly cafes on the Coast: the outdoor patio is set up for dogs specifically, with water bowls, leash hooks and no size restrictions.

The dog setup

Dogs are welcome across the whole outdoor patio rather than at a token front table. Water bowls are on hand, leash hooks let your dog settle beside the table without tangling passers-by, and puppyccinos topped with dog treats are on the board. Big dogs are as welcome as small ones, which is rarer than it should be.

Worth knowing

The kitchen runs all-day breakfast, with the chilli scramble and bacon Benny the regular orders, plus sourdough toasties, brownies and a rotating bake cabinet. Coffee is consistently well rated, and smoothies and thick shakes cover the non-coffee drinkers. Hours run Monday to Friday from 6am to 1:30pm and weekends from 7am to 1pm, so plan a mid-morning visit if you want the full menu.

Getting there and parking

The lane sits in a mixed commercial and residential pocket an easy walk from the central business area. Street parking is usually available and free nearby, though it tightens during the weekend brunch peak.
