The Carina Bay Dog Park on the Tivoli Esplanade side of the river is a council designated off-leash reserve with bushland sloping down to the water and a spot for a paddle, and the Olives Reserve Fenced Dog Park is the fully enclosed alternative in Como. The Woronora River Bridge Loop makes a good longer on-lead walk. Elsewhere in the shire the leash rules apply unless signed otherwise.
