Service animals are exempt from the fees.

House expectations match the Quest standard: pets stay on a lead moving through shared areas, behave as house guests, and are not left unattended in the apartment. Confirm the fee structure for your dates when you call, because the two pricing models are described differently across channels.

The suburb outside the door

This is a walk-everything location: Chapel Street shops and restaurants, Prahran Market, and the green fringe of Fawkner Park. For a proper off-lead run, Fawkner Park Off-Leash Area is a short walk south and Como Park Dog Off Leash Area adds river frontage near the Yarra. Mount Erica Hotel on High Street is the local dog-friendly pub option.
