Reflections Urunga - Holiday Park

Reflections Urunga Holiday Park sits on the waterfront at 2 Morgo Street in Urunga, right by the town's famous boardwalk where the rivers meet the sea. It is a proper dog base camp for the Mid North Coast: dogs are welcome year-round on the caravan and camping sites, and a run of designated cabins takes dogs too, with an off-leash beach a short walk away.

Dogs at the park

The policy is straightforward: up to two dogs per booking, registered when you book online, by phone or in the park. Caravan, camper trailer and tent sites are dog-friendly all year. Cabins are the catch, as only selected dog-friendly cabins take dogs, typically the economy and standard layouts, while the premium cabins do not, so book a unit explicitly listed as dog-friendly rather than assuming.

Leash rules apply everywhere outside your own site, and the park has a dog code of conduct covering pick-up, noise and leaving pets unattended. Read it before arrival so there are no surprises.

Worth knowing

The park runs a camp kitchen, big sites and the kind of clean, modest cabins Reflections parks are known for. The real asset is location: the boardwalk starts at the doorstep, the town's cafes and pub are an easy walk, and Urunga's off-leash beach is minutes away on foot, which makes early-morning and sunset swims with the dog part of the routine rather than a mission.

Getting there and parking

Urunga sits on the Waterfall Way where it meets the coast, about half an hour south of Coffs Harbour and ten minutes north of Nambucca Heads off the Pacific Highway. Parking is at your site or cabin as standard for a caravan park, with room for a boat or trailer on many sites.

While you're out there
