Canstay (formerly Canbnb)

Canstay, formerly known as Canbnb, manages self-contained apartments across Braddon and Canberra's inner north, and a number of them take dogs. The place

These are apartment stays with kitchens and laundry, which suits self-catered trips and longer stays where a motel room with a dog would wear thin. Guests consistently praise the responsive hosts, the cleanliness and the walkability: the Lonsdale Street eating strip and its shops are close by, and Braddon is one of the most dog-accommodating precincts in Canberra for pavement sitting.

Out and about from Braddon

Haig Park sits on the edge of the precinct and the Haig Park dog agility course gives your dog something more structured than a street walk, on-lead. For a coffee break, Casa Espresso is one of several Braddon cafes where the dog can join you outdoors.
