The Rose & Crown

Nearby with the dogs. The South Bank Parklands are directly across the road for a post-lunch riverside walk, with River Quay Green close by for a picnic. The Goodwill Bridge makes a good longer loop toward the Botanic Gardens and back, all on-leash.

When to go. Weekday afternoons are calmest; Sunday roast and live-music nights are the busiest. Good for a dog who is happy to settle on a footpath table while the pub hums along.
