Delicious Dumpling Dynasty

Delicious Dumpling Dynasty is a handmade-dumpling stall in the open-air 8 Street Asian dining precinct at Harbour Town, 147-189 Brisbane Road, Biggera Waters. It trades 9:30am to 7pm Sunday to Wednesday and to 8pm Thursday to Saturday, and because the precinct sits on Harbour Town's outdoor walkways, leashed dogs can join you at the shared bench tables.

The dog setup

Harbour Town welcomes dogs on leads across its outdoor areas, which covers 8 Street's bench-style tables. The stall itself is counter service indoors, so the pattern is order at the counter, carry your food back out, and tuck the dog in beside you on the bench. The centre runs pet water bubblers through its outdoor spaces, and the wide walkways make it an easy pram-and-dog environment.

Worth knowing

Everything is made by hand on site: pan-fried pork dumplings to order, pork, shrimp and chive dumplings, pork and cabbage classics, wontons in chilli oil, bao and noodle soups. A steam plus pan-fried combo covers both styles if you cannot decide. It is hawker-style and well priced, which suits a quick refuel between outlet runs rather than a long sit-down.

Getting there and parking

Harbour Town sits off Brisbane Road at Biggera Waters, with free parking across the centre. Because 8 Street is open-air, you can walk straight from the car park to the food precinct without separating from the dog.

Close by with the dogs

Sanctum at Harbour Town and Jamaica Blue are the coffee stops in the same centre. For off-lead time, Napper Road Dog Agility Park at Arundel is a short drive south, and The Spit dog beach makes a bigger excursion.
