The short version. Delicious Dumpling Dynasty is a handmade-dumpling spot in the 8 Street Asian food precinct at Harbour Town Premium Outlets. Because 8 Street is open-air and Harbour Town welcomes leashed dogs on its outdoor walkways, you can grab a bench with your dog and eat some of the better dumplings on the Coast.

The dog setup. Dogs are welcome in the outdoor 8 Street areas on a lead and supervised. Seating is shared, open-air bench-style tables, which works well for tucking a dog in beside you. Harbour Town runs pet water bubblers around its outdoor spaces, so hydration is sorted.

Good to know. The kitchen is known for pan-fried pork dumplings made to order, plus BBQ pork buns, shumai, wontons in chilli and noodle soups. It is casual, hawker-style and well priced. Order at the counter and carry back to your bench.

Getting there. It is inside Harbour Town off Brisbane Road, with free parking across the centre. The open-air layout means you can walk straight from the car park to the food precinct with your dog.

When to go. Off-peak windows between the lunch and dinner rushes are calmest with a dog in a shared-bench setting. Open to 7pm most days and 8pm Thursday to Saturday. The Broadwater at Labrador is a five to seven minute drive for a seaside walk afterwards.
