Coral Sea Pavilion is the poolside, waterfront dining venue at Coral Sea Resort, beside Coral Sea Marina in Airlie Beach. The open-air deck looks out over the Whitsundays, and dogs are welcome in the outdoor, pool-adjacent seating.

The dog setup. Dogs are permitted in the open-air, pool-side deck seating, with direct access via the marina walkway or the resort entrance. The indoor dining room is not open to dogs. Dogs must be well-behaved and on a lead at all times, in keeping with the marina's pet rules. Staff are accommodating, but bring your own water bowl.

Known for. Waterfront and poolside views, a seafood-focused menu, sharing platters, and a daily happy hour through the afternoon.

Getting there and parking. At Coral Sea Resort, off Ocean View Avenue. There is free on-site resort parking plus paid and free street parking along Shingley Drive, and it is a scenic paved walk from the lagoon along the marina boardwalk.

Nearby with the dogs. The Coral Sea Marina boardwalk is a long paved on-leash walk, Shingley Beach is close by, and the Bicentennial Walkway stretches toward Cannonvale.

Best for a relaxed brunch or sundowner on the deck. Good for leashed, settled dogs comfortable around a poolside crowd.
