The Bayswater Bar and Grill

The Bayswater Bar and Grill is a waterfront bistro on the Esplanade at Urangan, opposite the pier and looking over the marina and beach. It is a lively spot with bistro fare, seafood and regular live music, and dogs are welcome in the outdoor seating.

The dog setup. Dogs are welcome in the alfresco and outdoor areas only, not indoors. The outdoor tables have room for a dog to settle by your chair, on lead. Staff will usually bring a water bowl on request, but pack your own travel bowl to be sure. Keep dogs off the furniture.

Good to know. It is known for the waterside position opposite the pier, generous pub-style meals, fresh seafood and frequent live entertainment. Reviewers mention the bay and sunset views and the happy-hour pizzas. It makes an easy stop after a foreshore walk.

Getting there. It sits near the end of the Esplanade by Buccaneer Drive. There is a public car park near the Urangan Pier across from the venue, and it is right on the coastal pathways.

Nearby with the dogs. The Esplanade and foreshore paths run right outside for a leash walk along the water, and the Urangan off-leash dog beach is a short drive away. The pier itself does not allow dogs.
