The rules. Dogs must be on a leash until you are inside the fenced area. Always close the double-gated entry and exit points behind you to prevent escapes. Owners must maintain control of their dogs at all times and clean up immediately using the provided bins. The dedicated small dog enclosure is restricted to dogs under 10kg. Any dog showing aggression should be removed from the park straight away.

What's there. The park balances open running space with extensive natural tree shade across much of the area. Obstacle courses and agility equipment are installed to keep dogs engaged. Getting there. A car is strongly recommended, as public transport to Mussel Pool East is impractical. Drive via Lord Street or Beechboro Road North and follow the signs for Mussel Pool East. Parking is generally available near the Mussel Pool area. Note that internal signage can be limited, so navigate towards "Mussel Pool East" rather than searching for "Dog Park" signs.
