What visitors mention
Anzac Park Fenced Dog Park on Dean Street in Toowong is a fully fenced, 24/7 off-leash area with separate sections for large and small dogs, agility equipment, and enough shade and open grass to make it one of the better-equipped dog parks on Brisbane's western side.
The rules. Dogs can run off-leash inside the fenced area but should stay under effective voice control. Check the gates are closed behind you, pick up after your dog straight away, and remove any dog showing aggression. There is an unfenced duck pond just outside the dog park in the wider reserve, so keep an eye on boisterous dogs near it.
What's there. Agility obstacles, benches under mature trees, drinking water and bowls, lighting for evening visits, and a separate small dog and puppy area. Public toilets and a playground sit in the broader Anzac Park reserve nearby.
Getting there. Street parking on Dean Street plus a dedicated parking area. Bus routes on Moggill Road stop a short walk away, and Toowong train station is about a 10-15 minute walk.
Nearby with the dogs. Nowhere Espresso on Bent Street has outdoor seating for pets, and Toowong Villas on Ascog Terrace takes pets on request if you are staying over.
Watch-outs. The unfenced duck pond just outside the fence line is worth watching for dogs that bolt toward water.

Weekday mornings and Wednesday nights are the quietest windows. Tuesday to Thursday afternoons and Saturday afternoons draw the biggest crowds, so aim outside those if your dog needs space.
