What visitors mention
Ranford Fenced Dog Park is a fully enclosed off-leash reserve at 22a Solway Green, in the Ranford estate at Canning Vale. The draw is simple: a large, flat grassed field with secure fencing, so recall-shy dogs can run without a road anywhere near them. It stays quiet most of the time, which suits nervous or reactive dogs that struggle in a crowd.
The rules. Dogs are off-leash inside the fence but must stay under effective voice control. Use the air-lock entry gates and make sure each one latches behind you before you unclip. Clean up after your dog straight away, and keep dogs out of the adjacent children's playground.
What's there. Full perimeter fencing, an open grassed run, shaded seating and benches for owners, and a dog water station. There is no dog wash. Shade is limited to the edges, so it warms up in summer.
Getting there. Parking is limited kerbside near 22a Solway Green, so it can fill on weekend mornings. Bus stops on Ranford Road are a short walk away.

Weekday mid-morning and late nights are the quietest windows if your dog prefers space. Weekend mornings and weekday afternoons are the social peak. In summer, come early before the open field heats up.
