Bracadale Park Fenced Dog Park

Bracadale Park's fenced dog park sits on Canna Drive in Canning Vale, run by the City of Gosnells. The draw is the split layout: separate enclosures for boisterous dogs and for timid or smaller ones, so you are not forced to read the room before you unclip.

The rules. Dogs run off-leash inside the fenced enclosures under effective voice control. Leash on for the gates and anywhere in the wider parkland. Owners stay inside the fence and supervise, and waste goes in the provided bins.

What's there. More than the usual open field: agility gear including large tyres, a crawl tunnel, an agility ramp and a sandpit. A drink fountain with a built-in dog bowl covers water, and there is covered bench seating for owners plus accessible paths and parking.

Getting there. Entrance parking on Canna Drive is limited. If it is full, there is more parking up to 250m away near Bushy Gardens and Beauly Parade. Transperth buses run along nearby Nicholson Road.

Weekday mid-morning and early afternoon are the calm windows. Early mornings, late afternoons and weekend mornings pull the biggest crowds. Bring shade sense in summer, since the covered seating and tree shade fill fast.
