Bracadale Park Fenced Dog Park sits on Canna Drive in Canning Vale, run by the City of Gosnells, and its split layout is the whole point. The dog setup

Leash goes on at the gates and anywhere in the wider parkland around the enclosures, and waste goes in the provided bins. The parkland itself includes an all-abilities playground, so a family can split between swings and fetch without anyone driving anywhere.

Weekday mid-morning and early afternoon are the calm windows here. Early mornings, late afternoons and weekend mornings pull the biggest crowds, and the covered seating and tree shade fill quickly on hot Perth days, so bring your own shade sense in summer. Regulars tend to be locals from the streets around Canna Drive rather than destination visitors, which keeps turnover friendly and predictable.

Getting there and parking

The entrance parking on Canna Drive is limited, so arrive early on weekend mornings if you want a close spot. If it is full, further parking sits up to 250 metres away near Bushy Gardens and Beauly Parade. Transperth buses run along nearby Nicholson Road if you are coming without a car.

Close by with the dogs

Canning Vale has a few coffee stops that take dogs in their outdoor seating: BLVD Specialty Coffee and Dôme Café are both easy to fold into the drive home. If your dog still has energy to burn, the Ranford Fenced Dog Park is another fully fenced option in the same suburb, and Piara Waters Dog Park is a few minutes south.
