Getting there. The park is at 147 Bunya Road, Arana Hills, an easy drive from Everton Park or Ferny Grove. On-street parking along Bunya Road is generally straightforward outside peak times. Local bus routes stop nearby on Bunya Road if you're walking in.

Watch-outs. The ground can turn muddy after rain or dusty in dry spells, so expect to towel off paws before getting back in the car.

Nearby with the dogs. For a meal afterwards, Thai Patio in Ferny Grove is a short drive away.

Weekday evenings from 4pm to 6pm and weekend mornings from 7am to 10am are the busiest windows. If you want the yards to yourself, an early weekday afternoon is the better bet.
