Toasty Grinds Mobile Coffee Van

Toasty Grinds is a mobile coffee van that sets up at the entrance to Elanora Dog Park on Elanora Park Road, Wynnum. It is built around dogs: you order coffee while your dog runs the fenced park beside you, so it is one of the easiest dog outings in the area.

The dog setup. Dogs are welcome right at the van, on open parkland with room to wait. There are water bowls, plus a dog menu that runs to pupsicles and bacon pucks. The whole stop is outdoors and flat.

Good to know. For people there are gourmet toasties (three cheese, hot honey, chilli jam) and cinnamon scrolls that tend to sell out. Hours run roughly Tuesday to Saturday, but the van is mobile, so check their Facebook for the current week before you drive over.

Getting there. A gravel parking area sits opposite the dog park off Elanora Park Road, with flat access straight onto the grounds.

When to go. A weekday mid-morning is the quiet window; weekends draw a steady park crowd. Confirm the day before travelling, since a mobile van can move.
