Bay Run Coffee & Bistro Rodd Point

Walking or cycling in along the Iron Cove path is the simplest approach. Street parking on First Avenue and the surrounding streets is limited and tightens up on weekend mornings.

Close by with the dogs

The Bay Run itself is the main event, a 7km loop around the cove that passes the door. Nield Park Pavilion is a short stroll along the water, and the Five Dock Park Fenced Dog Park gives a proper off-lead run a few minutes inland.
