OLLIES ESPRESSO BAR

Ollies Espresso Bar is a small, well-regarded specialty coffee bar on Station Street in Nundah, right by the train station. It opens early and is one of the few local spots that will let dogs into a covered indoor area, not just the footpath.

The rule is dogs stay off the furniture, and because the space is small it suits calm, well-behaved dogs. The cafe puts out dog treats and water. Good to know. Coffee is the focus, with a house blend and rotating filter roasts from the likes of Parallel Roasters and Single O, alongside fresh pastries, croissants and toasties. It opens around 6am, which suits an early dog walk.

Getting there. Address is 26 Station Street, roughly 50 metres from Nundah train station. There is decent free on-street parking along Station Street and nearby.

Nearby with the dogs. You are in the heart of Nundah Village for a walk, and the Sunday Nundah farmers markets nearby are another dog-friendly option.
