Blue Infusion is a busy all-day cafe at 2 Flinders Parade, North Lakes, tucked into the Lakes Vista office park away from the main shopping roads. For dog owners the draw is the spacious outdoor deck and a kitchen that genuinely leans into hosting dogs.

The dog setup. Dogs are welcome on the open outdoor deck, which has room to settle a dog beside the table. Staff are known to bring out water bowls and, on cooler mornings, a clean blanket for your dog. Indoor seating is people-only, so plan around the deck.

Good to know. Reviewers come back for the big breakfast, the hollandaise dishes, Vietnamese coffee, and the thickshakes, with live music on weekends. It is a relaxed, airy spot rather than a quick-counter stop.

Getting there. Free on-site and street parking around the office park, off the North Lakes exit of the Bruce Highway. Easy to reach by car and easy to park, which is not always the case closer to Westfield.

Nearby with the dogs. Lake Eden's walking circuit is a short drive for a pre- or post-coffee leg-stretch, and there are pocket parks through the suburb for a quick play.

Weekends bring the live music and the crowds; a weekday morning is the calmer choice if your dog prefers quiet. Good for a long, social breakfast with the dog rather than a rushed flat white.
