Dropinz Coffee

Dropinz Coffee is a casual, takeaway-focused cafe in the Mullaloo Village shopping precinct, a short walk from Mullaloo Beach. It is a solid quick-coffee stop with the dog rather than a destination in its own right: order at the counter, take the alfresco tables outside, and keep moving towards the sand.

The dog setup

Dogs are welcome in the outdoor alfresco seating right outside the cafe. The venue is small and takeaway-oriented, so dogs stay outside rather than joining you indoors, and they stay leashed in the shared seating area. Water is provided for dogs, though bring your own bowl as a backup if you are particular, since availability on any given day is not guaranteed.

The menu

Good coffee, quick breakfast items like brekky wraps and hashbrowns, and friendly service are what regulars come back for. It sits right next to a fenced playground, so it doubles as a pit stop for parents managing kids and a dog at once. Hours run 6am to 1:30pm weekdays and 6:30am to 1:30pm weekends.

Pepsi: Grab a coffee here before the beach run. The outdoor tables are close enough to keep an eye on the car and the playground at the same time.

Getting there and parking

Dropinz is at 10/25 Koorana Road in Mullaloo Village, with free parking in the shopping centre car park and an easy walk from nearby streets or the beach itself.

Close by with the dogs

Mullaloo Beach and its foreshore reserve are a few minutes away for the main event, with Koorana Park opposite the shopping centre for a quick leg-stretch first. For a fenced run, Elcar Park at Joondalup is close, and the Lake Joondalup Circuit makes a good long walk. Grounded Cafe at Kallaroo is another dog-friendly coffee stop one suburb over.
