Heirloom Specialty Coffee is a cosy local cafe on Avenue Road in Mosman, and it is one of the more genuinely dog-oriented spots in the suburb. Specialty coffee, a good brunch menu, and a real welcome for dogs.

Dogs are welcome at the outdoor seating, and the cafe leans into it, with dog treats including house pupcakes (banana, carrot, yoghurt, peanut butter) and a dedicated dog wall for photos. Nearby with the dogs. The leafy Mosman streets nearby suit a gentle stroll, and the harbourside tracks around Mosman Bay and Sirius Cove are a short drive for a longer walk.

Quietest on a weekday morning, when there is room outside for the dog. Confirm outdoor seating is open before you arrive.
