What visitors mention
A community-focused cafe at the top end of Main Street, run as a social enterprise supporting disadvantaged youth, with front footpath seating where leashed dogs are welcome.
The dog setup. Dogs are welcome at the outdoor seating out front, on lead, with water bowls usually available for thirsty dogs. The footpath area is the spot; dogs do not come inside. Bring your own bowl if it is hot, just in case.
Known for. Locally roasted coffee and a fresh breakfast-and-lunch menu, with a coffee-with-a-cause model that funds youth training on the Peninsula. It is a busy, central stop.
Getting there and parking. 2/18-20 Main Street, near the Nepean Highway end. Street parking on Main Street fills up, so the council car parks behind the shops are often the easier option for walking a dog in.
Nearby with the dogs. Mornington Park and the foreshore are a short walk for green space and a coastal stroll, and the rest of Main Street's dog-friendly tables are close by. Royal Beach off-leash area is a short way south.
When to go. Weekday mornings are calmest for a footpath table; weekends draw a Main Street crowd, so arrive early for room beside your dog.
