Ruby Lane Wholefoods Cafe - Manly

Ruby Lane Wholefoods is a licensed organic cafe and grocer at Shops 1 and 2, 200 Pittwater Road in Manly, a block back from the Corso and quieter for it. The draw for dog owners is a large covered deck, so the seating that welcomes dogs works in any weather, and the kitchen's wholefoods approach means a menu that goes beyond the usual brunch suspects.

It opens 6:45am to 3pm seven days, so breakfast through late lunch only. The back-street position keeps it calmer than the beachfront cafes.

The cafe is on Pittwater Road, a short walk from Manly Wharf and the ferry. Street parking on Pittwater Road and the side streets gets competitive on weekends, so arrive early or come on foot from the wharf with the dog already walked.

Close by with the dogs

Dogs are barred from the main Manly surf beach sand, so keep to the promenade and side streets, and head for the Manly off-leash dog beach or the LM Graham Reserve Fenced Dog Park in Fairlight for the real run.
