Proserpina Bakehouse

Proserpina Bakehouse sits at 261 Mount Dandenong Tourist Rd in Ferny Creek, in the thick of the Dandenong Ranges day trip circuit. This is an organic bakehouse in the literal sense: it mills its own flour and bakes on site, and the queue of locals and leaf peepers that forms out front on weekends is the clearest sign of how the suburb feels about it.
