Brown Park on Salisbury Road is Swan View's main community sports ground, recently upgraded with paths that link the car park, recreation centre and ovals. Keep dogs on lead as you walk the grounds.
Lead rules
The Shire of Mundaring keeps dogs off the ovals while they are in use or being maintained, and at least 5 metres from play equipment. Walk the perimeter paths on lead.
The walk
Concrete paths run around the ovals and past a skate park, pump track and native trees. There is shade from mature trees and shelters, bins across the grounds, and free parking on site.
Make a day of it
For off-lead play, the Swan View Fenced Dog Park is close. Coffee is at On D Run Coffee in Bellevue.
When to go
Quieter outside weekend sport, when the ovals and car park fill with players.
