Poynter Park

Poynter Park at 4 Poynter Drive is a quiet City of Joondalup pocket park in Duncraig, the sort of place locals do their morning and evening loop. Dogs stay on lead, as it is not signed as a dog exercise area.

The walk

It is an open grassed reserve with mature trees giving pockets of shade, and bins around the edges. Traffic is light and the space is calm, which makes it easy going for a young or anxious dog.

Street parking is along Poynter Drive. Bring water, as there is no dedicated dog water station.
