Terania Green Retreat

Dogs can use the grounds and are permitted to swim in the natural creek that runs through the property, fed from the national park upstream. Keep dogs off the furniture and bring your own bedding; the cabins are rustic rather than polished.

Max: there are chooks and other hobby-farm animals on site, so keep dogs under close control or on a lead near the paddocks until you know how they settle in.

Getting there and out and about

Nightcap National Park is close by, including the Protesters Falls track roughly 7.5 km away, but dogs are not permitted on national park walking trails, so treat that as a scenic drive rather than a hike with the dog.
