Bedrooms, carpets, furniture and beds are all off limits, and dogs should not be left unattended inside. A pet cleaning bond is payable at booking, and guests carry liability for any extra cleaning costs if the floor rules slip. Outside is the selling point: dogs can be exercised freely around the grounds, including the paddock area near the cottage stays, so a dog that has been cooped up in the car has real room to move.

The property sits on Stoneville Road at Mundaring, about 45 minutes east of Perth up the hills. Mundaring Weir and the surrounding trails are close by for day drives.
